El Descubrimiento del Tiempo is a shared space within The Centro Cultural Casa Purcell where Horacio has his own exhibition of recent sculpture works, along with fellow artist and curator Dionisio Cortes de la Cruz.

Inhabited Mindscapes is a group exhibition curated by Dionisio Cortés. This show features the work of 14 artists: Magdalena Dávila, Dale Emmart, Horacio García, Suzanne Kammin, Margaret Krug, Alva Mooses, Ricardo Mulero, Stephen Niccolls, Leticia Ortega, Allison Russo, Jill Weinstein, Mauricio Cortés, Dionisio Cortés-Ortega, and Dionisio Cortés.

Horacio and fellow artists Carlos Martinez Ramos and Dionisio Cortes are invited by The Autonomous University of Coahuila to offer The Secret Life of Forms, a conference part of the cycle University Through Art and Culture held by renowned Artists and Intellectuals.

Horacio holds a Solo Art Exhibit, CHRONICLES OF TIME, through the Municipal Government of the City of Saltillo at the Ruben Herrera Museum.

Horacio was invited by the Autonomous University of Coahuila to offer his insights on Abstract Art within Dialogues, The University Through Art and Culture, a cycle of conferences held by renowned Artists and Intellectuals.
